We are a Hong Kong professional buying company serving private clients through The Atelier Vault. Our team coordinates individual sourcing requests for original branded and authentic pre-owned pieces, authentication, condition checks and international delivery.
Our core operations, final quality-control lab and international logistics hub are based in Hong Kong. Our extensive network of high-end partner factories in Baiyun, Guangzhou and Dongguan, Guangdong supports direct communication and specialist coordination, with a dedicated internal reference for each partner stream.

Sourcing & specialist support
We coordinate original branded and authentic pre-owned sourcing, with independent specialist support in Baiyun and Dongguan where needed. Any cleaning, care or restoration is confirmed for the individual piece; these workshops do not manufacture our branded goods.
Final quality control
Pieces move to our Hong Kong hub for final inspection, appropriate cleaning and sanitisation, protective presentation packaging and international shipping-label preparation.
From our Hong Kong hub
Orders are dispatched through international carriers from Hong Kong. Customs declarations, duties and delivery requirements depend on the destination; clearance and delivery timing cannot be guaranteed.
