Shipping & returns
Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong, Baiyun in Guangzhou, or Dongguan. We select the dispatch location based on the brand and specifications of your bag. Orders are usually dispatched within approximately 3–5 days after being placed, following strict bag quality checks and protective packaging.
